Meditation Timer

 

 

Taking just three minutes to clear your mind, breathe deeply, and let go of stress can bring changes to your quality of life.
You will find yourself calmer, stronger, clearer, and able to love and accept love more easily.

How to use the Meditation Timer

1.  Move the hand in the center clock to set minutes, or you can key in the minutes in the "Duration" box.

2.  Click on the "musical note symbol" and select music

3.  Adjust volume slider (if desired) and click "Begin"

4.  Close your eyes and enjoy the meditation!

5.  A "gong" will sound when the time is up.
